Tuvimos que ir a realizar unas filmaciones a Creel y nos hospedamos en Don Armando, éramos 11 personas. nos encantó la ubicación, las habitaciones deliciosas, cada una un hogar y el personal ni hablar, un trato lindisimo de cada persona que trabaja ahí. Estamos muy agradecidos, fuimos por trabajo pero seguro regresaremos a descansar.
excelent service, hotel is clean, food is good, excellent tour, the tour guide is very savy, and I recomend location. Only obe thing bar service needs improvements, on having the drinks cold, amd on stock.
Had an amazing stay at this hotel, the staff were amazing and the service was unreal! The hot tub and pool were a great perk and look beautiful at night. Would stay at this hotel again for the complimentary breakfast alone!!
What I’d really like to highlight about our experience with this hotel is the communication with Armando, director of the hotel, which was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to make sure the stay was perfect and stress-free. He was even kind enough to help us with lost luggage. You don’t come across this kind of attitude very often.
Definitely coming back. On the outskirts of town but not far from the main street, you can walk the distance in around 10 minutes. The service is very polite and professional, nice little swimming pool and hot-tub with a cozy vibe, the view inside the hotel gives you a historic vibe with pictures of different Chihuahuan Haciendas, the rooms are practical and the breakfast super good especially the coffee.
Está a 15 minutos del centro (caminando), las habitaciones muy lindas y el recibimiento muy hogareño, la gente es muy amable. En el restaurante la comida muy rica.
Tuvimos un buen servicio, transporte y una bonita estancia. Recomendaría que se ampliara el menú de desayunos, fuera de eso agradecemos mucho a todos por tan buena atención! Volveremos
